Protocol

This deﬁnes the protocol to use when sending the event log ﬁle. The valid values are:

•smtp–emailtodestination

•http–usehttporhttpstosendtodestination

Destination

This ﬁeld is used to select the destination for the data log ﬁle. When the protocol is SMTP, the destination will be an email contact. When the

protocol is HTTP, the destination will be an HTTP contact.

If no contacts have been created, or the desired destination has not already been created, the user may create a new destination from this menu.

The contacts added here are then also available for use on other menus using the contacts, i.e., the email notiﬁcation actions.
