WARNING
When replacing the fuse, first power off the Tester and unplug the DMM Leads. Use
protective eyewear and be careful not to put pressure on the glass part of the fuse;
only apply pressure to the metal portion of the fuse. Do not use sharp or jagged
objects to pry the fuse out.
NOTES — The Continuity test provides an audible indicator as well as a displaying a measurement
on the screen. If you are in a loud environment and want to perform a continuity test, you may use
the far left (front blue jack) to plug in standard headphones.
The DMM provides true RMS (Root Mean Square) measurements of AC Voltages. There may be a
non-zero displayed value when there is no test circuit connected. This generally has no impact on
measurement accuracy of displayed measurements above 200 units.
In the 2V measurement range, there can be 10mV reading displayed even with the test probes
shorted. These small offset values can be compensated for by using Relative Measurement mode.
