• Gather your Triple Clear Force Field Filter kit and additional tools required.

• Remove items from the immediate area of installation.

Note: Water spillage may occur during installation, so keep a towel nearby.

BEFORE YOU BEGIN

INSTALLING THE MOUNTING BRACKET

1. Open your Bracket Installation Kit.

2. Select a location for the Mounting Bracket that offers easy access for filter

replacement, and fits the following criteria:

• Install bracket at least 12.5” from floor or bottom of cabinet

• Allow at least 6” of clear space above bracket

• Must be within 10” of water supply isolation valve and within 18”

of faucet

Note: Bracket may be installed on inside of the cabinet if desired.

3. If installing into the wall, use a stud finder to determine if you will need to use

a drill to create pilot holes in the stud. Mounting Anchors are included if a

stud is not easily accessible.

4. Using your level, ensure the bracket is placed level against the wall or cabinet

and flush against the wall. Mark the four screw holes with a pencil.

5. Fasten the bracket to the wall or cabinet with the four included

Mounting Screws using your Phillips head screwdriver and/or drill.

Mounting Anchors are necessary when installing directly into drywall.

Mounting screws can be used alone when installing into studs or cabinet door.

6. Verify the bracket is securely attached.

1. Insert blue tube from the Inlet Component Kit 1/2”

into the water supply isolation valve. Make sure the

included compression ferrule is on the line prior

to connecting.

Note: Tubing may be shortened for more compact

installations. Before attaching to water supply, cut

length from that end. Make sure tubing reaches

where bracket is installed.

2. Slide the compression ferrule up to the isolation

valve and then slide the compression nut up to

the valve and tighten by hand, ensuring that the

ferrule is centered in the valve and nut. Hold the

valve steady with one crescent wrench while using

the second wrench to tighten the nut.

3. Install faucet supply from Outlet Component Kit

onto water faucet and tighten by hand. Using one

wrench, hold the faucet hookup steady while

tightening the nut with the other wrench.

4. Open the Mounting Bracket by turning the wing

nut to the left and then rotate the bracket open

to the right.

INSTALLING THE FILTER

PREPPING YOUR PLUMBING

1. Locate and turn off the water supply.

2. Open water faucet to relieve pressure and drain excess water from the line.

Keep it in “on” position.

3. Disconnect the existing faucet supply line from the water supply isolation

valve, using your adjustable crescent wrench. Make sure that both the valve

and the water line are held firmly to avoid damage.

4. Move water faucet back to “off” position.

5. Disconnect other end of existing faucet supply line from water faucet, using

the wrench.
