4.2 Signal Descriptions
Name Pin Type (I,O,PU,PD) Function
General Signals
NRESET K4 I/O Low active system reset. NRESET is an I/O pin.
Connected to VCCIO via a 10K resistor and to
GND via a 10nF capacitor if no other reset source
for proper power-on reset is used. For more
information see Section 5.4.1.
REF_CLK100_IN L3 I 100MHz Reference clock input, connect to a clock
source <25ppm.
CLK16_OUT H7 O 16.6MHz auxiliary clock output. Not available
during reset.
EN_CLK16_OUT E9 I Enable signal for CLK16_OUT: 0 = off, 1 = on
