Bit Description ECAT PDI Range [Unit]

Steps pulses (= distance) to be made for
SD_CH1.
Can be overwritten at any time.
When zero, no more step pulses are generated
at output S1 or S1n,
Reading the register returns the remaining
number of step pulses to be generated.
