3.6.46 SIV (Set Indexed Variable)
This command copies a direct value to a TMCL user variable. The index of the user variable (0. . . 255) is
specied by the content of the X register. Therefore the value in the X register must not be lower than zero
or greater than 255. Otherwise this command will be ignored. This command is mainly intended for use in
standalone mode.
Internal function:
The direct value supplied to this command will be copied to the user variable specied
by the X register.
