SPSx80 Smart GPS Antenna User Guide 65
Default Settings 8
In this chapter:
Q Default receiver settings
Q Resetting the receiver to factory
defaults
Q Default behavior
Q Power up settings
Q Logging data
All SPSx80 Smart GPS antenna settings are stored
in application files. The default application file,
Default.cfg, is stored permanently in the receiver,
and contains the factory default settings for the
SPSx80 Smart GPS antenna. Whenever the
receiver is reset to its factory defaults, the current
settings (stored in the current application file,
Current.cfg) are reset to the values in the default
application file.
You cannot modify the default application file.
However, you can create a power-up application
file so that the settings in this file can be applied
immediately after the default application file,
overriding the factory defaults. For more
information, see Configuring the receiver using
application files, page 53.
