Transferring Data 6
In this chapter:
Q Connecting to the office
computer
Q Transferring data
Q Transferring files directly from a
CompactFlash card
Q Deleting files in the receiver
Q Supported file types
The Trimble R7 GPS receiver keeps satellite
measurements and other data in files stored on a
CompactFlash card. These files cannot be
processed until you transfer them to your office
computer.
Note – The receiver supports a maximum of 512
files on the CompactFlash cards.
When you return to the office with a completed
survey, transfer the field data to a computer that
has the Trimble Geomatics Office
™
software
installed. You can then process the survey data in
the Trimble Geomatics Office software to
produce baselines and coordinates.
