Trimble R8 Operation

• Single Lithium-ion rechargeable battery

• Cable-free Bluetooth communications with the Trimble

Attachable Control Unit (ACU), or TSCe™ with Bluecap

module

• Two RS-232 serial ports for:

–NMEA output

– RTCM SC-104 input and output

– Trimble Format (CMR & CMR Plus) input and output

• One TNC radio antenna connector

• 6 MB internal memory for data storage

• Internal 450 MHz radio with a transmit option or GSM module
