ProductLimitedWarranty
Subjecttothetermsandconditionssetforthherein,TrimbleNavigationLimited(“Trimble”)warrantsthatforaperiodof(1)yearfromdateof
purchasethisTrimble product (the “Product”) willsubstantiallyconform toTrimble'spubliclyavailable specifications for the Product and that
thehardwareandanystoragemediacomponentsoftheProductwillbesubstantiallyfreefromdefectsinmaterialsandworkmanship.
ProductSoftware
Productsoftware,whetherbuiltintohardwarecircuitryasfirmware,providedasastandalonecomputersoftwareproduct,embeddedinflash
memory,orstoredonmagneticorothermedia,islicensedsolelyforusewithorasanintegralpartoftheProductandisnotsold.Thetermsof
theenduserlicenseagreement,asincludedbelow,governtheuseoftheProductSoftware,includinganydifferinglimitedwarrantyterms,
exclusionsandlimitations,whichshallcontroloverthetermsandconditionssetforthinthelimitedProductwarranty.
WarrantyRemedies
IftheTrimbleProductfailsduringthewarrantyperiodforreasonscoveredbythislimitedwarrantyandyounotifyTrimbleofsuchfailureduring
thewarrantyperiod,TrimblewillrepairORreplacethenonconformingProductwithnew,equivalenttonew,orreconditionedpartsorProduct,
ORrefundtheProductpurchasepricepaidbyyou,atTrimble’soption,uponyourreturnoftheProductinaccordancewithTrimble'sproduct
returnproceduresthenineffect.
HowtoObtainWarrantyService
ToobtainwarrantyservicefortheProduct,itisrecommendedyoucontactyourTrimbledealer.Alternatively,youmaycontactTrimbleto
requestwarrantyservicebyemailingRepair_Services@Trimble.com.Pleasebepreparedtoprovide:
–yourname,address,andtelephonenumbers;
–productname,PartNumberandSerialNumber
–proofofpurchase;and
–anexplanationoftheproblem.
Thecustomerservicerepresentativemayneedadditionalinformationfromyoudependingonthenatureoftheproblem.
WarrantyExclusionsandDisclaimer
ThisProductlimitedwarrantyshallonlyapplyintheeventandtotheextentthat(i)theProductisproperlyandcorrectlyinstalled,configured,interfaced,
maintained,stored,andoperatedinaccordancewithTrimble'sapplicableoperator'smanualandspecifications,and;(ii)theProductisnotmodifiedor
misused.ThisProductlimitedwarrantyshallnotapplyto,andTrimbleshallnotberesponsiblefor,defectsorperformanceproblemsresultingfrom(i)the
combinationorutilizationoftheProductwithhardwareorsoftwareproducts,information,data,systems,interfaces,ordevicesnotmade,supplied,or
specifiedbyTrimble;(ii)theoperationoftheProductunderanyspecificationotherthan,orinadditionto,Trimble'sstandardspecificationsforitsproducts;
(iii)theunauthorizedinstallation,modification,oruseoftheProduct;(iv)damagecausedby:accident,lightningorotherelectricaldischarge,freshorsalt
waterimmersionorspray(outsideofProductspecifications);orexposuretoenvironmentalconditionsforwhichtheProductisnotintended;
(v)normalwearandtearonconsumableparts(e.g.,batteries);or(vi)cosmeticdamage.Trimbledoesnotwarrantorguaranteetheresults
obtainedthroughtheuseoftheProductorSoftware,orthatsoftwarecomponentswilloperateerrorfree.

POSITIONINGSYSTEMORTHEAVAILABILITYOFANYSATELLITEBASEDPOSITIONINGSIGNALS.
THEFOREGOINGLIMITEDWARRANTYTERMSSTATETRIMBLE’SENTIRELIABILITY,ANDYOUREXCLUSIVEREMEDIES,RELATINGTOTHETRIMBLE
PRODUCT.EXCEPTASOTHERWISEEXPRESSLYPROVIDEDHEREIN,THEPRODUCT,ANDACCOMPANYINGDOCUMENTATIONANDMATERIALSARE
PROVIDED“AS‐IS”ANDWITHOUTEXPRESSORIMPLIEDWARRANTYOFANYKIND,BYEITHERTRIMBLEORANYONEWHOHASBEENINVOLVED
INITSCREATION,PRODUCTION,INSTALLATION,ORDISTRIBUTION,INCLUDING,BUTNOTLIMITEDTO,THEIMPLIEDWARRANTIESOF
MERCHANTABILITYANDFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE,TITLE,ANDNONINFRINGEMENT.THESTATEDEXPRESSWARRANTIESAREIN
LIEUOFALLOBLIGATIONSORLIABILITIESONTHEPARTOFTRIMBLEARISINGOUTOF,ORINCONNECTIONWITH,ANYPRODUCT.BECAUSE

BETWEENYOUANDTRIMBLE.BECAUSESOMESTATESANDJURISDICTIONSDONOTALLOWTHEEXCLUSIONORLIMITATIONOFLIABILITYFOR
