Calibratingthetouchscreen
Ifyouneedtorecalibratethetouchscreen,usetheWindows8screencalibrationtool.
1. OntheDesktop,flicktheright‐handsideofthescreentothelefttodisplaytheCharmbar.Tap

ControlPanel.

2. TapTabletPCSettings.

3. IntheTabletPCSettingsdialog,tapCalibrate.Thefirsttimeyoucalibratethetouchscreen,
a message appears confirming that you want to allow the tool to make changes to the
device.TapYes.

4. Follow the on‐screen instructions, tapping the maker as it appears on the screen, then
saveyourchanges.
UsingtheKenaiutility
TheF1,F2,F3,andF4buttonsonthefrontrightofthetabletcomputercanbeprogrammedto
performdifferentactionsthanthedefaultcursoractionstoallowsupdownleftandright
movementofthecursorortabselection.
ToassignotheractionsfortheF1‐F4buttons,usetheKenaiutili ty(nametobeconfirmed).You
canspecify4actionsforeachbutton.
1. LaunchtheKenaiutility,thentapButtonSetting.

SettingAshowsthedefaultsettingsfortheF1‐F4buttons.Youcanchangetheseifrequired.

2. TosettherequiredactionsfortheF1‐F4buttons,taptherequiredSettingbutton(SettingA,

SettingB,SettingC,SettingD).

3. Tap the drop‐down arrow for each of the F1‐F4 buttons in turn, and select the required
actionfromthelist.

4. Whenyouhaveselectedalltherequiredactions,tapSave.

5. TapEXITtoclosetheKenaiutility.
