Rules to Follow when Finding Wireless Devices
The illustration shown to the right provides helpful hints on how to properly read the
Device Finder graph.
• The graph will display an upward slope
when the 802 AWE is moving toward the
device you are trying to nd.
• The graph will display a downward slope
when the 802 AWE is moving away from
the device you are trying to nd.
• The graph will not display any slope or
will appear at when the 802 AWE is
maintaining the same distance from the
device you are trying to nd.
• The upward or downward slope of the
device will have more or less slope
based on how quickly you are moving
towards or away from the device you are
trying to nd.
