7. TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Possible Reason Solution
The ARM (15) does not
turn around or is difcult
to turn around.
The GEAR RACK (16) has
been deformed.
Call customer service.
PINION GEAR (09) has
been deformed.
Oxidation may have
occurred.
Poor performance when
pressing the juice or poor
juice amount.
The selected fruits
may not be suitable for
juicing.
Try different types of
produce, look for “juicing”
varieties.
The STRAINER (18) is not
properly positioned on
the BOWL (19).
Make sure the STRAINER
(18) is properly
positioned on the BOWL
(19) by ensuring there is
no space visible.
The operation of the
ARM (15) was not fully
complete.
Try turning the ARM (15)
all the way.
After the pressing, juice is
dripping from the BOWL
(19).
Juice dripping is normal.
Position the DRIP CUP
(25) right under the BOWL
(19) after juice pressing
to keep your area clean.
Despite placing the
product on a flat surface,
the product is wobbling.
One of the RUBBER FEET
(28) may have come out.

After pressing, the ARM
(15) is unable to spring

The TOP PLASTIC
