At least on an annual basis the following maintenance
should be performed by a qualified service technician:

- Attend to any reported problems.
- Check for leaks: water.
- Check water pressure, piping and expansion tank.
Once the maintenance items are completed, review the
service with the owner.

- Check the area around the unit.
- Check the temperature and pressure gauges.
Monthly:
- Check the pressure relief valve.
Every 6 months:
- Check piping for corrosion or potential signs of
leakage.
- Operate the pressure relief valve.
