PRESTIGE TriMax Blower and Gasket Replacement Kit Instructions 7. Using the #25 Torx wrench from the kit remove the 2 venturi mounting screws from the venturi / gas valve assembly, see Fig. 2. Remove the venturi / gas valve assembly from the blower. 1. Turn power to the unit “OFF”. 2. Remove the front jacket panel and the top / rear jacket access panel. NOTICE 3. Shut off gas supply to the Prestige boiler at the main manual shutoff valve. There is a gasket between the venturi and the blower housing.

PRESTIGE TriMax Blower and Gasket Replacement Kit 13. Reconnect the Molex or Rectifier plug to the gas valve. Blower 14. Reconnect the gas piping at the brass union and tighten. 15. Open the main shutoff valve to the gas supply piping. Before placing the Prestige back into service check and test all gas piping connections for leaks. Repair leaks if found. Blower Gasket WARNING Do not check for gas leaks with an open flame. Use a bubble test.
