The PRESTIGE installation manual is for use only by
a qualified heating installer / service technician.
Refer to this User’s Information Manual for your ref-
erence. Failure to comply could result in severe per-
sonal injury, death or substantial property damage.
A byproduct of any gas fired appliance (stove, fire-
place, clothes dryer, water heater, furnace, boiler,
etc.) is carbon monoxide. In the absence of any
state or local codes requiring the installation of
carbon monoxide detector and alarms, ACV-
Triangle Tube recommends the following:
- Installation of a carbon monoxide detector and
alarm that is wired on same electrical circuit as
the boiler.
- Installation of a carbon monoxide detector and
alarm on each level of the building where there
are bedrooms and in the living area outside the
bedrooms.
- Installation of a carbon monoxide detector and
alarm in the room that houses the appliance.
- Installation of a carbon monoxide detector and
alarm with battery back up.
- Installation of a carbon monoxide detector and
alarm that complies with NFPA 720.
ACV-Triangle Tube accepts no liability for any dam-
age, injury or loss of life resulting from incorrect
installtion, from alteration of any factory supplied
parts or from the use of parts or fittings not speci-
fied byACV-Triangle Tube. If there is a conflict or
doubt about the proper installation/operation of the
unit or any factory supplied or replacement parts
please contact a qualified heating installer/service
