7.0 CASCADE
7.1 Cascade Operating Information
The ACVMax Boiler Management System includes a Cascade function which allows multiple Prestige
boilers to operate together without the need for an external controller. One Prestige will be selected as
the Master and will be wired to accept all the low voltage control signals. The other Prestige boilers will
be designated as Slaves and will only have a communication cable connecting them to the other boilers
in the Cascade System.
• The Cascade function allows up to six identical Prestige boilers to operate together in a single
heating system.
• Parallel Modulation fires as many boilers as possible to maximize system efficiency.
• Lead Stage Automatic Rotation rotates the lead boiler to ensure even wear on each boiler in the
Cascade System. This function can be disabled by the Automatic Rotation Setting.
The Cascade Menu is divided into three sections
1. Cascade Information – Provides real time operating information of the Cascade System.

3. Cascade Autodetection – Automatically finds and configures each boiler of the Cascade
