Notes and Limitations:
• To receive the packets TRex does the following:
– Changes the TTL to 0xff and expects 0xFF (loopback) or oxFE (route). (Use --hop to configure this value.)
– Adds 24 bytes of metadata as ipv4/ipv6 option header.
