Questo apparecchio adotta un display di tipo Capacitivo pertanto NON OCCORRE fare pressione sul pannello o utilizzare pennini, basterà semplicemente sfiorare con le dita il Display. Non utilizzate oggetti taglienti che potrebbero graffiare o danneggiare il Display. Evitare il contatto del display con l'acqua. Pulire il Display con un panno morbido senza aggiunta di detersivi/solventi.
4. UTILIZZO DELLA TASTIERA VIRTUALE Toccando le finestre di testo sullo schermo apparirà una tastiera virtuale, con questa potrete inserire indirizzi web o scrivere qualsiasi testo. ALIMENTAZIONE A BATTERA E SUA RICARICA Questo dispositivo al suo interno utilizza una batteria ricaricabile al lithio.
Un ciclo di carica completo dura circa 5 ore Potete utilizzare il dispositivo anche quando è sotto carica, ma, per una maggiore durata della batteria, se ne sconsiglia l'utilizzo; inoltre, utilizzando l'apparecchio, i tempi di ricarica si allungano. Durante la ricarica della batteria i comandi sul Touch Screen potrebbero non funzionare correttamente, questo è dovuto all'alimentazione instabile, basterà staccare l'alimentatore per far funzionare correttamente l'apparecchio.

COLLEGAMENTO AD UN PC E TRASFERIMENTO DEI FILE Utilizzando il cavo usb-mini usb in dotazione potete collegare il vostro TAB 5 al pc per procedere al trasferimento dei file; queste operazioni vanno effettuate con l'apparecchio spento. Collegare la presa mini USB del cavo in dotazione alla presa mini USB del TAB(8). Collegare la presa USB del cavo in dotazione ad una presa USB del pc; a collegamento avvenuto sul display del TABLET sarà presente l'icona .

Estensione della schermata principale. La pagina principale (Home) ha 3 estensioni (due verso destra e una verso sinistra) per poter avere un maggior numero di icone di collegamento sul Desktop.
. COLLEGAMENTO ALLE RETI Wireless e reti Il collegamento Wi-Fi può essere utilizzato con una connessione Wi-Fi Access Point (AP) o con una connessione senza protezione Wi-Fi hotpot. Selezionando questa voce si accede alle impostazioni wireless e reti. Per accedere alla rete Internet, prima di tutto, occorre configurare una rete Wireless; per far ciò occorre trovarsi in una zona Wi-Fi.
Accoppiamento con altri Dispositivi: Dalla lista visualizzata toccare il dispositivo da accoppiare. Nella finestra “Richiesta accoppiamento Bluetooth” digitare il PIN (provare con “0000” o “1234”. Dopo l’accoppiamento è possibile trasmettere i file tra il Tablet e altri dispositivi. Esempio: Per trasmettere una foto Selezionare l’icona “Galleria”, scegliere una foto, toccare qualsiasi punto della foto e selezionare il comando oppure toccare spedita.
Andare in “IMPOSTAZIONI”, selezionare “APPLICAZIONI” e toccare “GOOGLE APPLICAZIONI”, sul lato destro comparirà il segno di spunta verde. Ora nella pagina delle applicazioni sarà visibile l’icona del Market shop Collegarsi all’Android Market e ricercare l’applicazione desiderata dopo essersi creati un account di Google. Selezionare l’icona “ApkInstaller” presente nel Menu delle applicazioni per installare o gestire le vostre applicazioni.
In alcuni casi può succedere che non vi siano icone nel pannello delle applicazioni dopo che avete installato un file .apk. Questo perché l’applicazione può non essere compatibile con il sistema operativo oppure ‘applicazione è una parte di un programma, in questo caso occorre scaricare la versione completa. Disinstallare un’applicazione: Selezionare il Menu "IMPOSTAZIONI" - "APPLICAZIONI" - "GESTISCI APPLICAZIONI". Selezionare l'applicazione che si vuole disinstallare.
Uscita HDMI Selezionare “Video player” e avviare la lettura. Impostate il vostro TV selezionando la presa “HDMI”. Collegate il dispositivo al vostro TV tramite cavo HDMI e attendere qualche secondo che il vostro TV riceva il segnale. Quando l’uscita HDMI è attivata il display del TAB 5 si spegne. Immagini É possibile vedere, mostrare e anche modificare le vostre immagini su dispositivi con display ad alta risoluzione.
Toccando l’icona del Menu è possibile cancellare un’immagine o condividerla tramite Picasa, Bluetooth oppure Gmail. Potete anche impostare l’immagine come sfondo del Desktop. Per impostarla come sfondo sul desktop selezionare “Menu” → “Altro” → “Imposta come” . Fotocamera Selezionare l’icona “Fotocamera” per attivarla.
Spegnere la Fotocamera/Videocamera Per uscire dall’interfaccia Fotocamera/ Videocamera, premere il tasto ESC (11). e-Book reader Il dispositivo è in grado di supportare differenti formati di e-Book come PDF, PDB, E-Pub, FB2.... caricati sia nella memoria del dispositivo sia nella micro SD.
Audio e Display Selezionando questa voce si accede alle impostazioni Audio e a quelle del Display, all'interno vi troverete i seguenti comandi: Volume app.multimediali: Imposta il volume di Musica e Video. Suoneria notifiche: Imposta la suoneria che si attiverà per la funzione di notifica. Selezione sonora: Riproduce i toni durante una selezione sullo schermo. Notifiche scheda SD: Attiva/disattiva la suoneria impostata quando si inserisce/disinserisce la scheda SD.
Sviluppo: Imposta le opzioni per lo sviluppo delle applicazioni. Debug USB: Per mettere in modalità Debug il dispositivo collegato alla presa USB. Rimani attivo: Per attivare/disattivare lo Stand-by dello schermo. Posizioni fittizie: Consente o meno a fornire le posizioni fittizie. Privacy Selezionando questa voce è possibile gestire i dati riguardanti la propria Privacy.

1.4 Connect to a computer Connect your device via USB cable to your PC. You can then transfer files to / from your PC. 1.4.1 When tethered to PC with a USB cable, the icon appears at the left side of the status bar. Hold and slide the icon downwards, select and tap “USB connected”, then “Turn on USB storage”, then “Turn on USB storage” dialog appears. 3.1 Wi-Fi Wi-Fi can only be used when it connects with home Wi-Fi Access Point (AP) or a free unsecured Wi-Fi hotpot. Under “Wireless & networs”, tap “Wi-Fi settings”. Ensure that both Wi-Fi and Network Notification are enabled with green check marks. After a moment, your Wi-Fi networks list should populate. If you need to rescan for , then tap Scan. In some cases, there may be no icon on in the App Panel after a .apk file is installed. Possible reasons may be that this app is not compatible with your OS or the downloaded .apk file is a broken one so you may need to download a full version. Where to manage applications? Manage an application in the “ApkInstaller” . Tap to open the ‘APKInstaller’ → then ‘Manage’ Tap an application to launch, export or uninstall it. VI. Multi-media functions 6.
In audio playing mode, tap to get more: 6.2 Video 6.2.1 Video Playback You can play videos stored on your device or SD card. To play, tap Video icon, then select the video you’d like to play. Your selection should begin automatically. Pause or advance your video via the toolbar along the bottom of the screen.
With the Wi-Fi on, you are also able to view an on-line flash video as the MID supports both Adobe flash 10.1 and 10.2. 6.2.2 HDMI Output a. Tap 'Video player' or other video players and play a required movie. b. Adjust your TV set and select “HDMI” output c. Connect the device to your TV via HDMI cable, and wait for a few seconds for your TV set to receive signal. When HDMI output function is used, the screen of the MID goes dark.

Tap one application to view storage use. 7.3 Set language & keyboard Under “Settings”, tap “Language & keyboard”. You may set your language or keyboard here. Up to 22 languages are available for your choice.
7.4 Storage To view your storage status, tap “Storage” under “Settings”. Note: As software takes up your device memory, the total memory is usually less than the actual flash memory. 7.5 Set location & security Here to set up screen lock, and add or remove device administrators... With this setting, you are able to lock the screen with a pattern, PIN or password so as to avoid your MID being used without permission. VII.
Note: Please charge it by the Adaptor we supplied. On the lock screen before you pull up the slider , the charge status can be found on the upper lefthand corner, as shown below. Indicating 41% charged The device may take 4-5 hours to charge to full. Note: Sometimes 100% charging may not show up, even the device has been charged for a very long time (more than 5 hours). The battery is actually full, but the charging info is delayed. In this case, you may unplug the power cable.
Please use a pin to reset and then restart your device. 5. Upgrade firmware Please do not use other firmware or upgrading tool to upgrade the device. It might cause the device to work abnormally. At present, the device can only run on the OS of Android 2.3. For higher version of Android OS, please contact us. 6. Screen drift or unresponsive screen To correct it, you may carry out panel calibration. Go to Settings → Accessibility → Touch panel calibration to calibrate it. 7.
