General
 Do not wrap the lead around the dryer, instead coil the lead
loosely by the side of the dryer.
 Do not use the dryer at a stretch from the power point.
 Always unplug after use.
Cleaning the Filter
 Ensure the appliance is switched off, unplugged and cool.
 Using a soft brush, clean any hair and other debris from the
filter.
 To clean the outside of the appliance, wipe with a damp
cloth. Make sure no water enters the appliance and it is
completely dry before use.
This TRESemmé appliance is guaranteed for consumer use for
3 years.
This guarantee covers defects under normal use from date
of purchase and ceases to be valid in the event of alteration
or repairs by unauthorised persons. If the appliance does
not perform satisfactorily due to defects in materials or
manufacture, it will be repaired or replaced through Conair UK
After Sales Service. The Conair Group Ltd reserves the right to
amend terms and specifications without prior notice.

The wires in the mains lead are coloured in accordance with the
following code:
BLUE = NEUTRAL
BROWN = LIVE
As the colours of the wire in the mains lead of this appliance
may not correspond with the colour marking identifying the
terminals on your plug, proceed as follows:
• The wire which is coloured BLUE must be connected to the
terminal which is marked with the letter N.
• The wire which is coloured BROWN must be connected to the
terminal which is marked with the letter L.
• Neither the BLUE nor BROWN wires should be connected
to the terminal which is marked with the letter E or the
symbol.
This appliance is supplied fitted with a BS
1363 mains plug and
a BS
1362 13A fuse. If this plug is removed from the appliance
please ensure it is disposed of safely as a disconnected plug
is dangerous if reconnected to the mains. If any other type of
plug is used, a
13A fuse must be fitted.
General Hair Maintenance
 Don’t rub hair with a towel when drying – this makes the
cuticle rough, which can give the appearance of frizz and
therefore prevents shine. Instead, gently squeeze excess
water out of the hair with a towel.
 Try not to shampoo every day – washing too oen can
dehydrate your hair. Try one of TRESemmé’s Instant Refresh
Dry Shampoos for a quick alternative to shampooing your
hair.
Body & Volume
 To help create extra body and volume in the hair, lean
forward so the head is upside down when drying. Direct the
airflow towards the roots for maximum lift. When the hair is
dry, brush back in to required style.
Straightening
 To create a smooth, straight look, first divide the hair into
sections.
 Attach the concentrator nozzle to the hairdryer, using a
brush, hold the hair taut and direct the airflow down the hair
section. Roll the ends of the hair under whilst drying to finish
the style.

Instead it should be handed to an appropriate collection
point for the recycling of Electrical and Electronic equipment.

Making Waves
 To create tousled, natural-looking waves, position the head
upside down. Using the hairdryer without the nozzle, grasp the
hair at the roots and scrunch between fingertips whilst drying.
When the hair is dry, move it back into the required position, for
a casual, natural look.
