INSTALLATION INSTRUCTION

4. Attach wire way or more wire ways to be connected 6. Plug in.

on the wall by screws provided. 7. Install the recommended bulb.

9. Adjust the arm to have your desired

1. Unscrew 4 knobs on back plate and separate back

plate from mounting plate.

2. Attach mounting plate on the wall and fix the mounting

plate on the wall with 4 mounting screws provided

with screw driver.

3. Attach the back plate on the mounting plate and fix

the back plate on the mounting plate by rotating 4 knobs

until it it tight.

5.Push power cord inside slot of wire way and recap

the wire way cover by pushing so wire way cover locks

into the wire way.
