2. Hardware Installation 1. Connect your SATA hard drive to the TU3-SA. Note: When connecting a 2.5” SATA hard drive, external power is not necessary. Skip to step 4. 2. Connect the power cord to the power adapter and then to a power outlet. 3. Connect the power adapter to the TU3-SA. 4. Connect the USB Type A Male Connector on the TU3-SA into an available USB port on your computer.

3. Accessing Hard Drives on TU3-SA Windows 7 / Vista / XP 1. Double-click on Computer or My Computer. A drive will be listed under Hard Disk Drives.

Troubleshooting 1. My computer does not recognize the TU3-SA. What should I do? 1. Verify that the computer meets the minimum requirements as listed in section 1. 2. Make sure that you have plugged in the power adapter into the unit and the power cord into an available power outlet. 3. Access the device manager and verify the TU3-SA is installed properly. 1.
