Limited Warranty

TRENDnetwarrantsitsproductsagainstdefectsinmaterialandworkmanship,undernormaluseandservice,
forthefollowinglengthsoftimefromthedateofpurchase.


AC/DCPowerAdapter,CoolingFan,andPowerSupplycarry1yearwarranty.

Ifaproductdoesnotoperateaswarrantedduringtheapplicablewarrantyperiod,TRENDnetshallreservethe
right,atitsexpense,torepairorreplacethedefectiveproductorpartanddeliveranequivalentproductorpart
tothecustomer.Therepair/replacementunit’swarrantycontinuesfromtheoriginaldateofpurchase.All
productsthat arereplacedbecomethepropertyofTRENDnet.Replacementproductsmaybenewor
reconditioned.TRENDnetdoesnotissuerefundsorcredit.Pleasecontactthepoint‐of‐purchasefortheirreturn
policies.

TRENDnetshallnotberesponsibleforanysoftware,firmware,information,ormemorydata ofcustomer
containedin,storedon,orintegratedwithanyproductsreturnedtoTRENDnetpursuanttoanywarranty.

Therearenouserserviceablepartsinsidetheproduct.Donotremoveorattempttoservicetheproductby
anyunauthorizedservicecenter. Thiswarrantyis voidedif(i)theproducthasbeenmodifiedorrepairedby
anyunauthorizedservicecenter,(ii)theproductwassubjecttoaccident,abuse,orimproperuse(iii)the
productwassubjecttoconditionsmoreseverethanthosespecifiedinthemanual.

WarrantyservicemaybeobtainedbycontactingTRENDnetwithintheapplicablewarrantyperiodandproviding
acopyofthedatedproofofthepurchase.UponpropersubmissionofrequireddocumentationaReturn
MaterialAuthorization(RMA)numberwillbeissued.AnRMAnumberisrequiredinordertoinitiatewarranty
servicesupportforallTRENDnetproducts.ProductsthataresenttoTRENDnetforRMAservicemusthavethe
RMAnumbermarkedontheoutsideofreturnpackagesandsenttoTRENDnetprepaid,insuredandpackaged
appropriatelyforsafeshipment.CustomersshippingfromoutsideoftheUSAandCanadaareresponsiblefor
returnshippingfees.CustomersshippingfromoutsideoftheUSAareresponsibleforcustomcharges,including
butnotlimitedto,duty,tax,andotherfees.

WARRANTIESEXCLUSIVE:IFTHETRENDNETPRODUCTDOESNOTOPERATEASWARRANTEDABOVE,THE
CUSTOMER’SSOLEREMEDYSHALLBE,ATTRENDNET’SOPTION,REPAIRORREPLACE.THEFOREGOING
WARRANTIESANDREMEDIESAREEXCLUSIVEANDAREINLIEUOFALLOTHERWARRANTIES,EXPRESSEDOR
IMPLIED,EITHERINFACTORBYOPERATIONOFLAW,STATUTORYOROTHERWISE,INCLUDINGWARRANTIESOF
MERCHANTABILITYANDFITNESSFORAPARTICULARPURPOSE.TRENDNETNEITHERASSUMESNOR
AUTHORIZESANYOTHERPERSONTOASSUMEFORITANYOTHERLIABILITYINCONNECTIONWITHTHESALE,
INSTALLATIONMAINTENANCEORUSEOFTRENDNET ’SPRODUCTS.

TRENDNETSHALLNOTBELIABLEUNDERTHISWARRANTYIFITSTESTINGANDEXAMINATIONDISCLOSETHAT
THEALLEGEDDEFECTINTHEPRODUCTDOESNOTEXISTORWASCAUSEDBYCUSTOMER’SORANYTHIRD
PERSON’SMISUSE,NEGLECT,IMPROPERINSTALLATIONORTESTING,UNAUTHORIZEDATTEMPTSTOREPAIROR
MODIFY,ORANYOTHERCAUSEBEYONDTHERANGEOFTHEINTENDEDUSE,ORBYACCIDENT,FIRE,LIGHTNING,
OROTHERHAZARD.

LIMITATIONOFLIABILITY: TOTHEFULLEXTENTALLOWEDBYLAWTRENDNETALSOEXCLUDESFORITSELFAND
ITSSUPPLIERSANYLIABILITY,WHETHERBASEDINCONTRACTORTORT(INCLUDINGNEGLIGENCE),FOR
