Control Manager Agent for ServerProtect Features
Control Manager agent for ServerProtect includes the following features to manage
ServerProtect.
Note: Only some of the ServerProtect Management Console features are available in the
Control Manager Web-console.
Tasks
Control Manager tasks are different from ServerProtect tasks. ServerProtect tasks are
customized, and saved for later use, whereas Control Manager tasks are predefined
and executed immediately.
ServerProtect and Control Manager tasks can run simultaneously without interfering
with each other.
Use the Control Manager Web-console to perform the following Control Manager
tasks:
• Perform a manual scan (Scan Now)
• Enable Real-time Scan
• Deploy virus pattern file
• Deploy scan engine files
• Deploy program files
Log Files
Use the Control Manager Web-console to view the following logs:
• Event logs
• Security logs
