Solids-laden euent from the kitchen ow is slowed and forced downward in a veritcal bae, where
solids lter out of the ow and sink to the solids storage area. The “cleaned” euent ows through the
outlet. Pumping the Trapzilla Solids Separator is easy - the pumper removes the lid cover and vacuums
out the solids.
