6.11 CLI timeout
The CLI will automatically log out a user if the interface has remained inactive for a certain
length of time. The time, in minutes, that a shell must remain inactive before a user is
automatically logged out is set with the ‘shell.timeout’ parameter in the ‘sys’ interface, as
shown in the example below. The maximum idle time that can be set is 360 minutes.
> use sys
sys> set shell.timeout=15
