Technical support is available through the Internet and by phone, live chat, email, and
fax.
C.1 Web Portal
The Tranzeo Support Web site http://support.tranzeo.com is the main portal to help you
maximize your experience with your Tranzeo product. The site provides valuable
support contact information, including support files and guides and the latest support
news. We encourage you to check this site frequently, even if you do not have support
issues.

shown in Table C-1. Voice mail is available during non-telephone hours.
