1.1 Sample Configuration
Figure 1-1 shows a configuration example where the TR-WMX-5.8 is connected to the
uplink (WAN) interface on an Ethernet router, hub, or switch. In this configuration, the
TR-WMX-5.8 communicates wirelessly with a base station using its WiMAX interface,
while communicating at 10/100 Mbps with the attached Ethernet device. The TR-WMX-
5.8 also receives its power from the Ethernet connection, eliminating the need to run a
power cable to the TR-WMX-5.8. In this way, the Ethernet device serves as the bridge
between the attached computers and the TR-WMX-5.8.
