Power and Gas Connection
Connect the foot switch to the base of the ionizer.
Attach the IN4000 to the gas line using the appropriate
tubing. The IN4000 comes with a 1/4” quick release
connector. Adjust pressure as required.
Connect the power cord to its corresponding inlet on
the base of the ionizer.
Make certain the unit is grounded.
Turn the unit on with the red “On - OFF” button.
Operation
Press the foot switch to creates a stream of positive
and negative air ions.
A green light labeled “Power” will illuminate to signal
the IN4000 is operating.
The ionized airflow is directed through the nozzle. The
metal neck of the ionizer can be bended to direct the
flow toward Work area.
Turn the power switch off after operation.

Caution
The IN4000 operates only with clean dry air
(CDA) or nitrogen (N2). Operator must provide
clean and filtered incoming gas to remove mois-
ture, oil and particles from the source supply.
Caution
The IN4000 is not designed to withstand high
air pressure. The product should be installed
with shutoff valve upstream. The output side of
the nozzle should always be at atmospheric pre-
seure.
