Warranty

Some countries or states have legislative limitations on how long a warranty could last, so this
Limited Lifetime Warranty may not apply to you. This Limited Lifetime Warranty does not
affect your statutory consumer rights to bear the lengthiest warranty period permitted under
applicable laws.
Five-Year Warranty:
The following Transcend products are covered by this Warranty for a period of five years from
the original purchase date:
 JetDrive series SSD products*; and
 SD/MMC/CF memory cards originally purchased before January 1st, 2006.
* The warranty will apply to JetDrive SSD products that have a JetDrive Toolbox wear-
out indicator reading of greater than 0%, and the five-year warranty period does not apply
to the accompanied Enclosure Case.
Three-Year Warranty
The following Transcend StoreJet and SSD products are covered by this Warranty for a period of
three years from the original purchase date:
 Not listed in the following table; or
 Falling into the criteria in the following table.
