2 - 6mm X 120mm Studs 3 - 6mm Nuts Standard Screwdriver
2 - Linkage Spacer 1 - 6mm X 80mm stud

Disconnect negative (-) Battery Cable.
Remove air duct assembly from the throttle body to the intake manifold.
Remove the throttle bracket from the throttle body and intake manifold. Remove the loom bracket from
throttle body.
Remove the two studs on the intake manifold.
Remove the 3 nuts securing the throttle body to the intake manifold.
Save the back bolt with the air duct mounting extension for assembly in a later step.
Lift the throttle body off the intake manifold.
Install the 6mm x 80mm stud with the 6mm flat washer and 6mm nut, in the rear bolt hole of the intake
manifold
The two 6mm x 50mm studs, 6mm flat washers and 6mm nuts are for the front hole locations
.
Thread the studs into the manifold till they bottom out in the thread.
Install the Trans-Dapt Performance Spacer and two gaskets
Reinstall the throttle body and secure with the washers and nuts. Torque to 6.25 ft/lbs.
Remove stud from adapter (saved from step 3). Reinstall the air duct hold down adapter on the rear stud.
Tighten to 12 ft/lb
Reinstall the cable bracket to the throttle body with the original bolt. Bolt the bracket to the intake manifold
with the two linkage spacers and two 6mm x 50mm bolts provided in kit
Reinstall the air duct assembly to the throttle body and secure with the original wing nut
Note: Some early models will require two 6mm x 120mm Studs which are included in your parts bag)
DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN THEM!
DO NOT OVER
TORQUE!
