1. Ensure the fuel system is depressurized.
2. Detach the fuel lines from the TBI unit
fuel fittings. Check that any old seals/o-
rings are removed from the TBI unit
fittings.
3. Apply a small amount of lubricant to the
o-rings and install on extensions as
shown here.
4. Thread male end of extension fittings
into TBI fuel line fittings and tighten.
5. Attach the fuel lines to the female end of
the extension fittings and tighten.
6. Pressurize fuel system and check for
leaks.
DO NOT REMOVE the fuel line
fitting from the TBI unit!
