Steel Adapter Plate Torque Converter Pilot Bushing 3/8 Flat Washers
5/16” Flat Washers 3/8-24 x 1” Flat Head Socket Screws 3/8-16 x 1½” Hex Head Bolts
3/8-16 x 1” Hex Head Bolts
1. Bolt adapter plate to the rear of the Olds, Buick, Pontiac and Cadillac V8 Engine using the
3/8 16 x 1” Head Socket Screws included in this kit.
2. Insert the Torque Converter pilot bushing in to the end of the crankshaft, between the
converter and the flex plate.
3. Use two 3/8 or 5/16 flat washers (depending on the bolt size used) on each converter bolt
between the converter and the flex plate.
4. Use the stock flex plate for the year and make of the engine.
