Trane R-Series ductless systems are available in a range of heating and cooling capacities. These include:
Ultra-high-efficiency systems are
rated at up to 27 SEER. They provide
an exceptional combination of quiet
comfort and the lowest possible
operating costs in this series, with
cooling capacities ranging from ¾
to 2 tons.
High-efficiency systems are rated
at up to 22 SEER. These systems are
available in a wider cooling capacity
range of ¾ ton to 3 tons, so they can
be ideal for temperature control in
larger spaces.
Medium-efficiency systems are
rated at 16 SEER. With a cooling
capacity range from ¾ ton to 2 tons,
they can be perfect for smaller room
comfort applications. These ductless
systems are also well-suited to function
in cooling-only mode for control of
temperatures in spaces that contain
heat-generating equipment, such as
computer server rooms.
