Cómo instalar el piso allure
®
Antes de la instalación, revisa bien cada
tablón en busca de defectos visibles, daños,
y brillo bajo una iluminación adecuada (la
luz solar es mejor). NO instales ningún
material defectuoso o dañado.
1. Primero coloca una fila de losas sueltas,
sin ajustarlas entre sí, para determinar si
necesitas ajustar el largo de la primera losa,
de modo que la tabla en la pared opuesta
a la de inicio, no mida menos de 30.5 cm, o
mide la longitud de la habitación y divide por
61 cm (longitud de una losa). Si queda menos
de 30.5 cm, calcula la mitad de lo que sobra y
corta esa medida de la primera losa. La última
losa debe tener el mismo largo que la primera.
Para cortar una losa, simplemente mide y marca
la losa; luego usa un borde recto y una cuchilla
multiuso para marcar y partir de un golpe.
2. La instalación debe empezar por una esquina
(extremo izquierdo) y continuar desde la pared
con la lengüeta mirando en la dirección a la
pared (Figura 1). Deja un espacio de 6 mm como
mínimo para que el contrapiso se mueva o el
producto se expanda; este espacio debe quedar
oculto al colocar las molduras.
3. Al colocar la primera fila en línea recta,
engancha los extremos cortos insertando la
lengüeta en las ranuras en un ángulo de
aproximadamente 10 a 20 grados. Instala cada
losa contigua en el extremo corto (30.5 cm) y
asegúrate de alinearlas uniformemente. Esto es
muy importante para una instalación correcta.
4. Para asegurarte de que las uniones estén ajus-
tadas, usa un bloque para martillar para asegu-
rar las losas completamente. No debe quedar
ningún espacio visible entre las losas. Si hay al-
gún espacio visible, retira la losa levantándola y
separándola lenta y cuidadosamente. Repite el
Paso 3. Ten cuidado de no halar las losas de-
masiado rápido al separarlas, ya que podrías
dañar la banda de entrelazado.
