Advanced Bleed Procedure

4. Hold the release pedal in the release position.
5. While holding the release open manually push the lift ram back to fully lowered
position.
6. Stand the lift back to operating position and test its operation for spongy pedal or lift. If required repeat
steps 1 to 6 until pedal feels firm and no evidence of bounce in the lift ram.
At this point both the Pump and Lift Ram should be free of air and the Jack ready for operation If the pump still
feels spongy or load is slow to raise, seek the services of a qualified Hydraulic repairer.
*The TradeQuip range of transmission lifts use ISOVG32 Hydraulic Oil for the correct operation and compatibility with the seals used in their construction.
