2.1 Wireless & networks
2.1.1 WLAN
WLAN communication requires access to a Wireless Access Point (WAP). WLAN Direct creates a direct connection
between two or more devices using WLAN.
To connect to a WLAN:
1. From Home screen, tap Settings -> Wireless & network -> WLAN.
2. Tap the switch to turn it on. When Wi-Fi is first turned on, your device will automatically scan for available
networks and display them.
3. Tap the network you want to connect to. When you select an open network, you are automatically connected to
the network. Otherwise, enter a password to connect.
2.1.2 Bluetooth
Bluetooth is a short-range communications technology that allows you to connect wirelessly to a number of
Bluetooth devices, such as headsets and hands-free car Bluetooth systems, and Bluetooth-enabled computers, printers,
and wireless devices.
