Clearing all 400 memory locations
Press down and keep down the key 'program' until the yellow LED marked
'learn' will light up for the third time. Release the key while the LED is still
lit. The 'learn' LED will now flash quickly. Press the 'program' key again
and keep it pressed for at least 1 second until the LED gets dark. The
memory now is fully cleared.
If you enter clearing mode by accident and do not intend to erase the
memory you can exit while the LED is blinking by pressing the program
key just shortly (less than one second).
Learning and deleting ID tokens
The program key is pressed down and released right after the yellow
'learn' LED turns on.
The number of the first free memory location is shown on the display.
The 'learn' LED is dark to show the memory location is free. The memory
location number can be changed using the 'up' and 'down' keys. Used
memory locations will be indicated by lit yellow 'learn' LED.
After choosing any free or used memory location a new ID token can
stored. If the memory location was used before the ID number will be
overwritten by the new number. To do so, the new ID is read while the
memory number is shown on the display. The 'learn' led will flash quickly
after a valid ID number was received.
If the new ID is already known, the display will show the memory location
where this ID is stored and the 'learn' LED will be lit to indicate the
memory location is used. This prevents that the same ID accidentaly gets
stored in more than one memory location.
To store the new ID on the selected memory location the program key is
pressed for at least one second.
To return to normal operation mode without saving any changes the
program key is pressed shortly (less than one second).
To delete a single memory location manually (for example if an ID token is
reported to be lost) the location is selected in learning mode and the
programing key is pressed for at least one second. The memory location
is cleared and the module returns to normal operation mode.
Configuring the relay contact for toggle or time modes
The relay contact can either be set to toggle or timer mode. Using toggle
mode, the contact is alternately closed an opened on reading a valid ID.
If using the timer mode, the relay contact will remain closed for a preset
time after reading a valid ID. During the delay time, the display will show a
countdown.
The configuration is done with such procedure:
The program key is pressed down and held down until the yellow 'learn'
LED will light up for the second time.
The display will show a number in the range of 00 .. 99.
The value '00' represents toggle mode while '01-99' represents timer
mode with delay time of 1-99 seconds. The configuration can be adjusted
using the 'up' and 'down' keys.
Pressing the program key longer than one second will store the new
configuration.
Pressing the program key shortly (less than one second) will exit
confituration mode without storing the change.
