2 tablespoons traditional basil pesto
Spinach leaves
4 slices tomato
Cheese (your preference)
Olive oil
4 slices of your favourite bread

1. Preheat the sandwich maker.
2. Spread olive oil on one side of each
slice of bread.
3. Place 2 slices of bread, oil side down,
on the panini press.
4. Place 1 tablespoon pesto sauce, a
few spinach leaves, 2 slices tomato,
and cheese on each slice of bread.
5. Cover with remaining 2 slices of
bread, olive oil side up.
6. Close the sandwich maker.
7. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until desired
brownness.
