4 - Setting Up Before first use: • Remove all parts. • Clean the cutting blade and peeling blade in warm, soapy water and dry thoroughly. • Dispose of packaging and retain these instructions for future use. Assembly: • Place the bowl on a flat, dry surface. • Select your required blade and place it in the lid. • Carefully twist the blade so that it locks into place.

Insert the food holder into the flat top of the vegetable (fig.1). If using the long spiral or shredded spiral blade, push the vegetable onto the centre spikes of the blade. If you are using the wide ribbon blade, place the vegetable in the cone of the blade. Join the motor and the food holder together and plug in (fig.2).

8 - Troubleshooting Questions Answers The food holder is not sticking into the food. Ensure the ends of the food have been sliced off evenly, and that the food holder is inserted into the centre of the sliced area. The spiralizer is not working. Make sure the spiralizer is plugged in and the power button is properly depressed. There is a small core left over. This is a normal part of spiralizing. The centre part of the fruit or vegetable will not be spiralized.
9 - Cleaning & Care CAUTION: the blades are sharp, please handle with care. Always clean your mandolin immediately following each use. Hand wash recommended. Clean the bowl, lids and blades in warm soapy water. Unplug the motor and wipe clean with a damp cloth IMPORTANT! Allow to dry fully after cleaning before using again. Do not use the appliance if damp. Ensure the appliance is completely clean and dry before storing. Storage Store in a cool, dry place out of reach of children.
