Vegetablesonthereversiblegrill:
Vegetables can be cooked on the skewers, or
on the grill.
Wash and dry vegetables that you wish to use.
Vegetables such as mushrooms and asparagus
can be cooked whole on the grill pan.
Grill vegetables until they are tender and lightly
charred all over.
Parboil potatoes, carrots and beets before
grilling. Dry them off and brush with oil, then
grill.
Vegetables such as Zucchini and Aubergine
need to be brushed lightly with oil before grilling.
Bell peppers don’t require any oil.
See below table for suggested cooking times
for cooking vegetables on the grill, on a medium
– high heat:
NOTE: These times are approximate. Times
can vary depending on the size and shape of
the vegetables. Adjusting the temperature will
also change the cooking times.
