Meatonthereversiblegrill:
Cut meat into 1 inch cubes for kebabs.
Tender meat cuts, like sirloin, are generally
more suitable for grilling than less tender meat
cuts, such as rump. Less tender meat cuts can
still be grilled, but may benet from marinating
beforehand.
Take steaks out of the fridge at least 60 minutes
before grilling so that they can reach room
temperature.
Cooking steak: Rub sea salt on each side of the
steak to be cooked. For medium –rare steak,
cook it for a few minutes per side and then use
tongs to sear the perimeter. Brush the steaks
with melted butter, and ip them over letting
them sear for another few minutes. Repeat
on the other side. Let the steaks rest for 4 – 5
minutes and sprinkle pepper on top.
See below table for suggested cooking times

high heat:
NOTE: These times are approximate. Times
can vary depending on the size, thickness and
quantity of the recipe. Adjusting the temperature
will also change the cooking times.
Seafoodonthereversiblegrill:
To cook prawns: Toss peeled prawn/shrimps
with a mixture of baking soda and salt and let
them rest for at least fteen minutes. Slide your
prawns onto the skewers so that they are tightly
packed together, with no space between each
one. This helps them to brown on the outside
without going rubbery inside.
Dry the prawns before cooking them, either
by blotting them with paper towels, or placing
the skewers in the fridge for an hour before
cooking, laying the skewers over the edge of
a baking dish or bowl, so that they are fully
elevated.
Brush the prawns with olive oil when you are
ready to cook.
Turn the Reversible Kebab grill up to the highest
heat and allow them to rotate on the skewer
rack for 6 - 8 minutes, checking in between.
Serve with a squeeze of lemon and salt.
