USING YOUR APPLIANCE
The Raclette allows you to simultaneously cook on the stone slab and in the
pans underneath. Raclettes originate from Switzerland and are a popular
culinary tradition. Often used for party cooking, your very own stone Raclette
allows you to cook with your guests and host the party all at once.
The non-stick Raclette pans are placed under the heating element to melt
cheese or cook other foods, whilst your food is grilling on the stone plate above.
1. Connect the Raclette to the power supply. Turn the switch from “MIN” TO
“MAX” position. The indicator light will come on. Pre-heat the Raclette for
5 minutes, using the heat setting (min. to max.) to find the required heat by
degrees.
2. Depending on the required heat, place food into the small non-stick Raclette
pans and place them under the grill.
3. To grill, place food directly on to the grill plate and grill until done.
4. When you have finished using the Raclette, turn the switch to “MIN” position
and unplug it from the socket.
5. Wait until the appliance is completely cool before moving or cleaning.
ATTENTION: Do not use a multiple outlet strip or extension cable.
After Use
1. Set the temperature regulator to heat level “0” and pull the plug out
of the mains socket.
2. Allow the unit to cool down thoroughly before cleaning it.
