Water Filter Drain Valve (Approximately once every 6 months)
<If you think the water pressure has weakened>

Close the shutoff valve.

The water supply stops.
CAUTION
Do not remove the water fi lter drain
valve while the shutoff valve is open.
(Otherwise, water may leak out)
Opening/closing
tool or
flat-head screwdriver.

Extend the wand.

Operate with the buttons on the back side
of the remote control.
(1) Press [MENU].
(2)
Use
to select "CLEANING".
Press [ENTER].
(3)
Use to select "WAND
CLEANING MODE ON/OFF".
Press [ENTER] to extend
the wand.
Press [ENTER] again to retract
the wand.
(Release the pressure from the
water supply pipe.)

Unplug the power plug.

Remove the cover and water
fi lter drain valve.

Loosen with a fl at-head screwdriver and
then pull.

Clean with a tool such as a
toothbrush.

Also, remove any dust from inside the hole
of the water fi lter drain valve.

Reinstall the water fi lter drain
valve and cover.

Insert the water fi lter drain valve and use a
fl at-head screwdriver to tighten it securely.

Insert the power plug.

The POWER LED lights up.

Open the shutoff valve.
