methods:
Block Recognizer
Keyboard
Letter Recognizer
Toshiba Keyboard
Transcriber
The Input Panel icon is displayed at the centre
bottom of the screen when text input is possible.
To open the Input Panel, tap the Input Panel
icon. You can then tap the arrow beside the icon
to select other input methods.
When you begin entering a word using any of
the input methods except Transcriber, your
Toshiba phone will suggest possible words. Tap
one of the suggested words to enter it.
Your Toshiba phone will learn words as you use
them. They will then be used as suggested
words in the future.
Block Recognizer
With Block Recognizer, you use a single
stroke to write individual letters, numbers and
punctuation, which are then converted into
typed text.
The handwriting area is divided into two
designated parts: abc and 123.
Write characters, numbers, symbols and
punctuation in the separate areas:
•Write in the abc area to enter lower case
letters.
•Write in the 123 area to enter numbers.
Tap the button in the bottom right corner
labelled ‘@$*’ to open the table of symbols
and punctuation.
