Disks
Hard disk drive Available in four sizes.
■ 40.0 billion bytes (37.26 GB)
■ 60.0 billion bytes (55.89 GB)
■ 80.0 billion bytes (74.53 GB)
■ 100.0 billion bytes (93.16 GB)
Part of the space on the hard disk drive is
reserved as administration space.
Other hard disk drives may be introduced.
Disclaimer (HDD Drive Capacity)
1 Gigabyte (GB) means 1000 × 1000 × 1000 = 1,000,000,000 bytes using
powers of 10. The computer operating system, however, reports storage
capacity using powers of 2 for the definition of 1 GB = 1024 × 1024 × 1024 =
1,073,741,824 bytes, and therefore may show less storage capacity.
Available storage capacity will also be less if the product includes one or
more pre-installed operating systems, such as Microsoft Windows and/or
pre-installed software applications, or media content. Actual formatted
capacity may vary.
USB floppy disk
drive (optional)
Accommodates either 3 1/2" 1.44-megabyte or
720-kilobyte floppy disks. It connects to a USB
port.
