you hear a muted ring for another 30 seconds, then the call disconnects.

Automatic Callback (ACB)
When you reach a busy, DND station, or a busy line group, you can have the system
automatically call you back. If you have Least Cost Routing (LCR), the system also
redials the station or line group for you. If not, you must enter the station number
again.
Note
The access code for ACB depends on system programming. See your
System Administrator for more information.
