Transferring Calls
You can transfer calls to an idle or busy station. The station can be the [DN] of a
telephone, a Hunt Group Number, or ACD Group [DN].

To transfer a call
Transferring with Camp-on
You can transfer calls to idle or busy [DNs], Hunt Group Numbers, and ACD Group
[DNs]. You cannot transfer (or camp-on) to a [PDN] or [PhDn] if the station is
DND, unless the [PDN] or [PhDN] appears on other stations.

. You hear dial tone.
2. Enter the [DN] of the
destination station.
You hear a single tone.
3. Announce the call.
Note
If the destination station does not answer or is
busy, your call camps on. You receive a recall
ring (set in system programming) when the
station is available.

You hear internal dial tone.
2. Dial the [DN] where
the call will be
transferred.
The called station rings. If you hear a single tone,
you can announce the call over the called telephone
speaker.
3. If the station is idle,
announce the call and
hang up
...or if the station is
busy or does not
answer, hang up
The call camps onto the called station and a warning
tone is heard.
