NO SERVICE! message.
Power the handset off and on or move closer to
the base station. A handset is properly locked
when you see the date, time, and signal strength
icons after power on.
You can get this message if you pressed
&$//
on an unlocked handset, is out of range, or all
eight channels are busy.
SYSTEM BUSY message.
Ensure that the base station channels are in a
maintenance busy state and that your handset is
securely locked. This message occurs when you
request a service check.
Unexpected digits in display. Ensure that the handset is locked.
Reduced talk/standby time while on a
call.
Charge the battery.

Handset beeps once every minute
while on a call.
Recharge the battery.

In standby/idle mode, handset beeps
every 30 seconds.
