Press T.
Press J,/ _'to highlight the Title/Chapter orTrack.
If you are using a VIDEO CD/audio CD, skip step 2. Then at
step 3, enter the number for the track you want using the number
buttons.
e.g.
SEARCH

Press A / T to select a section you want to
locate.
e.g. When you want to locate a chapter.
Pressthe number buttons to enter title, chapter
or track number.
Press ENTER.
Playback starts from the selected section.
[] Accessing chapters/tracks using number buttons:
When you select a chapter/track number greater than "10", press
number "1" plus any single number. Then press ENTER. For example,
Ifyou want to select chapter/track 12, just press the number button "1"
and "2". The chapter/track number "12" will appear on the Search menu
screen. Then press ENTER. If you want to clearthe chapter/track number,
press CLEAR button. But if you want to select chapter/track number 10,
press +10 and then ENTER.
Notes
• Press the CLEAR button to clear the numbers. To clear the search menu
screen, press the T button several times.
• This method of locating a title is available only on a disc that contains
title numbers.
• For VCD wrth PBC on, accessing titles/tracks using number buttons does not
work.
• When you playback CD/DVD, SEARCH MENU may appear the number you
selected by pressing any number button.
Press SKIP _= or _ repeatedly to access the chapter
or track number you want.
Playback starts from the selected chapter or track.

To locate succeeding chapters or tracks.
SKIP
Playback starts from the beginning of the current
chapter or track.
When you press twice in quick successions,
playback starts from the beginning of the preceding
chapter or track.
Note
• Some titles may not display chapter numbers.
